This week has been weird for many reasons, for me it flew by between work, study and preparing new projects. But some friends have told me that they're starting to feel the pressure of isolation. I'm not going to name the *COUGH* that is going around the world, but I do want to give you some advice to endure isolation.
Keep busy, if you are one of those who have been watching Netflix non-stop I suppose you have noticed that your back starts to hurt, your eyes get tired and your brain stops processing the information. Do something else.
Stay creative. Stop every now and then and do something creative, whether it's writing your thoughts, scribbling, or painting a mural in the room.
Don't forget that the exterior exists. Get out the window and look outside while listening to your favourite music; If the situation is not so terrible where you live, if you live near a park or live in a rural area, go for a little walk around your house, look at the park and get some sun.
Don't forget your friends and family. Call, videocall, play online games.
And finally, keep doing weird things, keep being weird, keep doing things that make you happy. Now, the reading:
Week 5: March 30 - April 5.
Ahh... The spiritual mystery. That is what this week's cards are all about. Maybe this month will have a specific theme, just like the previous one?
The Moon, par excellence of tradition, is the tarot card that tells us about the mystery, about spiritual awakening to the world of the occult. This week, then, the Moon invites us to review the spiritual aspect of our life, to dedicate, every day, a space to our soul and our faith, to maintain conversation with our spirit.
My recommendation for this purpose is to do a short meditation, at night, before going to sleep; to consciously connect with our spirit guides, our guardian angels; or even dedicate our own prayers to God.
If you have a defined spiritual practice, the Moon invites you to deepen and intensify it; if you practice any religion, the Moon invites you to delve deeper into its spiritual mysteries.
The 6 of Swords, in the Rider Waite tarot deck, also tells us about spiritual mystery. In the scene, a man carries an adult character and a child across a river with all six swords stuck in the boat. This whole image refers to Charon, the boatman who takes the dead to the underworld through the River Styx.
This allegory, then, tells us about an initiatory spiritual process, therefore, for those who start new spiritual disciplines or practices, this week will be especially favourable, the connection with the world of the invisible will be very strong.
For those who simply take, or resume, their spiritual practices trying to improve their daily lives, especially at this time at which most of the world is in isolation, this week all their processes will usually be much easier.
Finally, I want to remind you that just as we take care of our bodies and our relationships, we must also take care of our spirit and our spirituality to maintain good and complete health.
